Return and Refund Policy for Novacards

At Novacards, we prioritize customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of trading card products, returns are only accepted on unopened items. Please review our policy below for details.

Returns

  • Eligibility:
    Returns are only accepted for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Products must also include the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • How to Start a Return:
    To initiate a return, contact us at novva.shop2025@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the following address: 709 S Cesar E Dr Milwaukee WI 53204.

    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
    • Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Exclusions:

    • Opened trading card packs or boxes.
    • Custom or personalized products.
    • Sale items and gift cards.
    • Products purchased during a "Rip and Ship" live stream (see below).

Rip and Ship Live Stream Purchases

Products purchased during a "Rip and Ship" live stream are not eligible for returns or refunds. Once a product is opened during the live stream, it is considered final sale. Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before participating in a live stream event.

Damages and Issues

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us at novva.shop2025@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.

Refunds

  • Processing Time:
    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Delays:
    If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at novva.shop2025@gmail.com.
